120 points. The picker’s team needs 61+ to win; an exact 60-60 split means the picker loses.

Which card is the single highest card in the deck?

The Queen of Clubs (Q♣). The full trump order is Q♣ > Q♠ > Q♥ > Q♦ > J♣ > J♠ > J♥ > J♦ > A♦ > 10♦ > K♦ > 9♦ > 8♦ > 7♦.

14 trump: all four Queens, all four Jacks, and the six diamonds (A, 10, K, 9, 8, 7).

You must play a heart if you have one. The Queen and Jack of Hearts are trump, not hearts, so they do not count.

61 or more of the 120 points. A 60-60 tie means the picker loses.

Each player gets 6 cards and 2 go to the blind. The picker takes the blind and buries 2 cards before play.

Everyone plays for themselves. Fewest points wins, and the winner of the last trick takes the blind.

A card of the called suit the picker must keep so the partner can find them when the suit is led.

Immediately when the called suit is led. The partner cannot save the ace or play a different card.

Pick when you have 7+ trump and aces combined.

Leading trump. Defenders should lead fail; the picker leads trump.

Call a suit you are completely void in, so your partner’s ace walks and you can trump if needed.
