Common Issues

How to Restore Purchases

If you've reinstalled the app or switched devices and your subscription isn't showing up:

  1. Make sure you're signed in with the same account you used for the original purchase.
  2. Go to Settings in the app.
  3. Tap Restore Purchases.
  4. Your subscription status will be verified automatically.

If the issue persists, email us with your account username and we'll help resolve it.

How to Report a Bug

Found something not working right? Help us fix it by including:

  • A description of what happened and what you expected
  • Steps to reproduce the issue (if possible)
  • Your device type and operating system (e.g., iPhone 15, iOS 18)
  • Screenshots or screen recordings (if applicable)
