Common Issues
How to Restore Purchases
If you've reinstalled the app or switched devices and your subscription isn't showing up:
- Make sure you're signed in with the same account you used for the original purchase.
- Go to Settings in the app.
- Tap Restore Purchases.
- Your subscription status will be verified automatically.
If the issue persists, email us with your account username and we'll help resolve it.
How to Report a Bug
Found something not working right? Help us fix it by including:
- A description of what happened and what you expected
- Steps to reproduce the issue (if possible)
- Your device type and operating system (e.g., iPhone 15, iOS 18)
- Screenshots or screen recordings (if applicable)
